Project Executive (Functions and Arts Events) - SGP/3786 - AH

Our client has venues which can be used for corporate and private events and they are seeking a Project Executive to promote the space to clients. This individual will have to handle both sales and project management.

Responsibilities:

Sales

• Build relationships with clients to cultivate future businesses
• Follow through with clients on their venue needs e.g. tour, technical requirements, catering and other enquires
• Prepare venue hire documents e.g. letter of offer and payments

Project Management

• Manage the project from start to end including logistics, budgeting and technical advice
• Handle sponsorship pitching

Requirements:

• 2 years of working experience preferably in events.
• Strong command of the English language
• Outgoing and possesses a customer-oriented attitude
