Restaurant Manager
Our client is a well established F & B company. Currently is expanding business in Singapore, they are looking for qualified candidates to join them as Restaurant Manager
Salary: Maximum $2,500.00
Work Location: Jurong / Tampines
Work days: 6 days week
Work terms: Permanent
Responsibilities
- Train and coach staffs to maintain good service standard and attitude
- Allocate manpower to ensure efficiency
- Promote the restaurant by establishing and maintaining a regular customer base
- Assesses skills of restaurant staff, mentor and develops individuals
- Manages P&L and implement strategies that improve financial performance
- Attractive performance-driven remuneration
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and highly energized working environment
- Mature and decisive with good business acumen
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Managerial experience in similar capacity
- Diploma in Hotel / Hospitality Management or equivalent
- Proficient in MS Office Applications
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work on shift, weekends & public holidays
- Customer oriented
- Resourceful with a high degree of initiative and maturity
- Ability to deal with difficult customers situations
- Bubbly and an independent worker
- Meticulous
- Diverse experience in the food & beverage operations
- Singaporeans and PRs only
