Operations Executive/Manager

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 - 8 years experience in F&B operations
  
• Proven track record in managing multiple contract catering sales
  
• Customer focused and excellent in people skills
  
• Degree / Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality would be an advantage
  

• Oversee operational procedures
  
• Provide support to Unit Managers in all aspects of the food service operations
  
• Responsible for monthly financial performance of portfolio
  

• Checking and ensuring that events are properly set up and clients are extended with prompt and efficient service
