Sales Executive/Manager – Events Catering
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 to 5 years sales catering experience
- Extensive network and clientele
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong ability to deal with clients of different levels
- Experience in leading a team of sales personnel
Job Scope
- Sourcing for new clients
- Servicing existing clients
- Responsible for revenue generation for catering and events
- Oversee the events concerned and ensure that delivery meets promise
- Handles sales quotations and enquiries
- Handle event booking of all types of catering business from various sources of leads
- Ensure achievement of individual sales goals, business objectives and profitability within the department
- Report operational matters, individual sales and service performance, as well as related market survey
