Unit Manager
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years in F&B Operations background
- Able to speak English
- Knowledge in kitchen management
- Experience in planning menu, food purchase and control food cost
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Experience in providing up to 500 to 1000 meals per session
- Experience in managing up to 50 staffs
Job Scope
- Support the Operations Manager in daily outlet operation
- Manages P&L and implement strategies that improve financial performance
- Liaise with food supplier
- Menu planning, food purchasing, food costing required
- Assist in hiring, training, motivating, disciplining, directing and supervising the work of the employees.
- Train and coach staffs to maintain food quality, hygiene and to ensure maximum customer service
- Organising and supervising the shifts of kitchen and cleaning staff
- Coordinating the entire operation of the unit during scheduled shifts
- Allocate manpower accordingly on unit’s efficiency
- Attend to customer’s complaints, problems or situations and take prompt, corrective action, ensuring the highest degree of customer’s satisfaction.
