We are seeking a dynamic and capable professional to join the management team as:

Purchasing Manager

Responsibilities

• Reporting to the General Manager for the company, the candidate is expected to:
• Supervise the Central Purchasing / Shipping Service Department.
• Serve as a critical link between Sales & Marketing & Logistics, providing cohesive management of inbound / outbound shipments.
• Define and maintain optimal order quantity, coordinate inventory management to achieve optimum stockholding.
• Ensure conformance of food control regulations
• Manage building facility and premise security surveillance 

Requirements:

• Degree in purchasing and supply
• At least 5 years relevant experience in purchasing & supply
• Conversant with Sales of Food Act, AVA and Customs & Excise
• Good team player, able to communicate effectively with good analytical and management skills
• Positive attitude with high learning agility, able to take on new challenges/ responsibilities
