Placement Manager, Recruitment Manager, HR/Resource Manager, Talent Acquisition, Staffing Manager

Prominent MNC in the oil & gas industry urgently requires the following resource: Placement Manager

(Only Singaporeans/PR apply)

Responsibilities:

• Plan, develop and implement placement strategies for engagement with the Petrochemical industry
• Reporting to the Programme Manager, you will be responsible for providing the full spectrum of placement support and services to all Singapore Workforce Skills Qualifications (WSQ) participants
• Analyze industry manpower demands and recruitment needs
• Establish close working relationships with prospective employers or HR personnel in the Petrochemical industry
• Provide placement services, career advice and guidance to WSQ participants
• Liaise with Singapore Workforce Development Agency (WDA) and Community Development Council (CDC) career centres to identify job and WSQ training opportunities for individuals
• Manage, track and generate statistics of WSQ course participants

Requirements :

• Degree with minimum of 5 years relevant experience in the local Petrochemical industry
• Experience in placement / career services or HR field will be an added advantage
• Good understanding of the Singapore Workforce Skills Qualifications (WSQ) frameworks and programmes will be an added advantage
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and writing skills
• Proactive, resourceful and service-oriented
• Strong analytical skills, ability to multi-task and able to meet deadlines
• Good team player who can build positive relationships at all levels
• Singaporean/PR only
