The right candidate must have the experience of Asian luxury hotel catering management.

This individual must enjoy being a hands-on leader teaching banquet service professional the skills necessary to become the Global Leader in service. Whether presently in the top banquet operations position or the seasoned and talented “assistant”, the candidate must be ready for “my moment” to take the world stage in this industry and lead his/her banquet department.
