IT Project Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance to Finance Manager
  
• Managing and keeping track of project status to make sure project requirements are met
  
• To report on the status of current project and maintenance
  
• Communicate with internal colleagues and vendors through meeting, e-mail or telephone calls effectively
  
• Liaise with 3rd party vendors and partners
  
• Assist in other administrative support and ad-hoc project request as per assigned (IT Audit)
  

• Diploma in any discipline (Preferable with IT background)
  
• Good documentation and reporting skills
  
• Ability to multi-task
  
• Relevant working experience is a strong point
  
• Proficient in MS Office applications
  
• Self-motivated, proactive and ability to work hard
  
  
• Location: East
  
• 5 days week

• Selected applicant will be offered a 12 months contract, renewable or convert to permanent staff
