Salary: $1800-2200
This position can be a 6 months extendable contract (with benefits) or Perm
Job Scope
-
- Reporting to the HR Manager
- To replace the receptionist during lunch time or when receptionist is away on leave
- To assist in counting goods upon arrival for Staff Purchase and Infant Feeding and distributing them
- To assist in performing contract staffs' payroll - calculate overtime, leave encashment etc.
- To assist in updating leave records monthly
- To assist in managing and distributing stationary
Job Requirement

- Minimum "0" Levels
- 2 - 3 of relevant experience in HR administration and reception duties
- Organized and hardworking
- Good with numbers
- Detailed and independent
- Familiar with Microsoft Office
- Singaporean or Singapore PR
