Senior HR Executive

Reporting to the HR Manager, Senior Executive will be part of the HR team in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and carry out the work activities relating to hr services including recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance management and training & development.
• Review policies and procedures, recommend changes to ensure practices are current, competitive and in compliance with legislation.
• Facilitate HR strategy and implement corporate initiatives.
• Understanding of local laws and employee relations.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Min 3-5 years generalist experience.
• Must be a team player, able to work alongside colleagues at all levels of the business.
• Good communication skills required.
• Independent individual.
• Ability to work at all levels of the organization.
