Program Manager

We urgently require Program Manager for a project in India .

Job Description

• Program Manager will be overall incharge of the program and will manage/oversee the Regional implementation across countries.
  
• Manage the country implementations thru in-country Project Managers.
  
• Ensure the commanalities, common standards and global practices across the various country rollouts.
  
• Responsible to meet program objectives - scope, cost and timeline.
  
• He will participate in all customer steering Comms, operational mtgs and critical mtgs.
  

• Experienced and Strong Program Management experience
  
• Prior experience in managing similar large scale SI program, preferably cross-country or cross-business units rollout
  
• Experience in Oracle EBS or other ERP implementation is preferred
  

• It is a Oracle EBS Rollout across APJ Region with major deployments at India, Hongkong, China and ANZ.
  
• 15 modules in EBS, mainly in FI, HR and Payroll
  
• Project Duration is 19 months
  
• Rollout will be done country by country starting with India/Hong kong.
  
• Initial 4 months of the project will be a combined exercise to understand the Global Template and to study the APJ specific requirements and country level customizations.
  
  
• There will be individual project managers per country rollout and one overall Program Manager who will oversee the entire rollout.
