IT Helpdesk Engineer ($2k/ Jap MNC/ Raffles Place)
Job Description:

Handle a wide scope of operational enquiries from users such as PC/laptop/blackberry phones/intranet usage etc.

Act as a window between users and IT Department.

Provide training to new staff and regional offices on basic IT knowledge.

Keep proper filing and documentation.
Requirements:
-
Polytechnic Diploma Holder with minimum 1 to 2 years of working experience as IT Helpdesk

Well-versed in Microsoft Office
-
Pleasant personality and excellent communication skills
