Asst F&B Manager/Asst Restaurant Manager/Restaurant Manager (Tourism Attraction/Good prospect)

Post A: Assistant F&B Manager

The role:

The successful incumbent will be assisting the F&B manager in the operations of F&B outlets within the premises. You will be responsible for P&L of the F&B department, involved in review and make improvements to current processes and systems to maximize effectiveness of operations as well as to assist in developing business strategies to generate revenue.

The person:

You should possess a Diploma/Degree in Marketing/Retailing or Hospitality with at least 5 years of relevant experience in similar capacity. Those with prior experiences in the Tourism/Hospitality or Leisure industry will be preferred. Other attitudes are motivated, excellent leadership qualities, familiar with operational targets and goals in a 5 star Hotel environment with proven records in F&B management.

Post B: Assistant/Restaurant Manager

The role:

The successful incumbent will be assisting the F&B manager in coordinating and managing of the F&B outlet under your purview. Your role will entails to maximize productivity, revenue and resources, ensuring external and internal customers’ satisfaction, preparation of reports for duty roster, food control and sales, etc.

The person:

You should possess a Diploma/Degree in Hospitality with at least 3 years of relevant experience in similar capacity. Those with prior experiences in the Tourism/Hospitality or Leisure industry will be preferred. Other attitudes are pleasant, possess good leadership qualities, familiar with F&B operations, service oriented and excellent interaction management skills.
