Assistant Claims Executive
Our client is one of the earliest established general insurer in Asia and had achieved excellent reputation. Due to expansion, they are currently looking for qualified candidates to join them as Assistant Claims Executive
Salary: $2,000 - $2,500
Work Location: Tanjong Pagar
Work days: 5 days week
Work terms: Permanent
Responsibilities
- Examine and process claims applications
- Collating of documents related to credit insurance claims
- Render prompt, efficient and fair claims service to our clients within the Company standards & guideline
- To handle and process all classes of insurance claims
- Communicate with clients and employees on claims administration enquiries
- Advice insured of their duties under the policy
- Provide independent, accurate, timely and efficient adjudication of benefits claims in accordance with established guidelines
- Prepare claims statistics and reports for both internal and external parties
- Maintain and update customers' information
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum 'O' levels with 2 - 3 years of insurance claims experience
- Capable of exercising sound judgment and analytical ability
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- A team player committed to deliver superior performance
- Good Client servicing/ Customer oriented/Ability to deal with difficult customers situations.
- Bubbly and an independent worker
- Meticulous
- Software skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint will be an added advantage)
- Applicants with CGI / HI will be an added advantage
- Billingual in English and Mandarin
- Singaporeans and PRs only
