ST Electronics (e-Services) Pte Ltd [STEE-eServ] is a wholly owned subsidiary of ST Electronics (Info-Software Systems) Pte Ltd [STEE-InfoSoft]. Incorporated in 2007, STEE-eServ was formed to provide managed services in functions such as HR, Finance and NS Administration to MINDEF and the SAF community after STEE-InfoSoft won the MINDEF bestsourcing contract worth S$255 million. Through this partnership with MINDEF, STEE-eServ aims to offer and grow its e-Government services business to other government agencies in the near future.
STEE-eServ is the first privatised home-grown shared services organisation in Singapore that has a fully operational centre delivering a complete suite of HR, Finance and Administrative services. STEE-eServ's capabilities range from the key HR services of payroll, benefits and claims, corporate travel, welfare programmes, staff development, career transition, to financial services of accounts payable, accounts receivable, accounting and reporting, as well as in various administration involving huge customer groups
MANAGEMENT EXECUTIVE (FAMILY SUPPORT & DEVELOPMENT)
The Job:
- Supervise & perform day-to-day running of the family-based benefits.
- Propose, review & promote family-based benefits & schemes through the review, implementation & enhancement of related programmes, publicity channels & policies.
- Identify, initiate & organise courses/ programmes & propose marking strategies.
- Determine product requirement specifications, source for suppliers, plan & monitor for product acquisition/ delivery & to ensure that service standards are met.
- Conduct surverys & trend analysis to identify programmes to meet social trends & needs of customers. Analyze statistics & prepare performance reports for submissions to higher management.
- Determine user requirements in close collaboration with IT developers in support of user system requirements. Manage & evaluate customers' feedback, follow-up with system enhancements, perform user acceptance tests & post-implementation review.
- Conduct, monitor & review budget projection.
- Ensure smooth provision of customer support through the handling of customers, stakeholders' queries & complaints & perform follow-up actions.
- To submit proposal on New Business Development.
Requirements:
- Must be willing to work at Depot Road.
- Degree in any discipline.
- At least 3 years experience in a human resource job
- Must be able to multi-task and work under pressure and tight deadlines
