Job Requirements:

• Preferable ICSA graduate with minimum 3 years of experience in corporate secretariat service
• Good knowledge of Singapore companies act and listing regulations
• Able to work independently
• Good in planning, organizational and communication skills
• Only Singaporeans and SPR need to apply

Job Responsibilities:

• Extend corporate secretariat support to a group of companies in completing and lodging statutory forms
• Arranging board meetings,
• Preparing minutes of meeting
• Circulating and tracking resolutions and documents as well as maintaining the statutory registers.
