PCA Technology’s network comprises of 4 plants located in Singapore, Malaysia and China occupying a total area of approximately 400,000 sq feet.

Our core business is in contract manufacturing of PCBA, COB, COG and box-level products, in-circuit testing, functional testing, prototype, pilot to volume production, warehousing and distribution and after sales services.

Responsibilities:

• To handle full spectrum of Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable and General Ledger functions.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and monthly notes to Account.
• Statutory reporting – GST & EDB
• Fixed Assets Schedule
• Interco Reconciliation
• To perform credit analysis for newly acquired customers and credit control
• Assist in documentation of system and process flow.
• Willing to perform other ad hoc accounting projects.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting / LCCI or related with 1-2 years of hands on experience in Accounts fields and computerized accounting system.
• Fresh Diploma graduates are also welcome to apply.
• Highly motivated, able to multi tasking and committed to work.
• Preferably able to start work immediately.
• Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
