We are currently looking for:

Admin cum Account Officer
(Singapore)

Responsibilities:

• Co-ordinate sales activites;
• Monitoring delivery of goods, issue of inovices & delivery order;
• Follow-up outstanding payment;
• Prepare Cheque and Cash for Deposit & monthly payments;
• Able to handle full sets of accounts, GST Returns & audit experience

Requirements:

• Familiar with Quickbook software advantage;
• LCCI/'O' Level/Diploma in accountancy with min 1 years working experience;
• Has the knowledge of S'pore Finance Regulations;
• Bilingual speaking (English & Mandarin); as need to liaise with Mandarin speaking personels
• Able to start work immediately
• Only S'porean/PR need to apply
• Carry out other duities as instructed by the management
• Residing in Central/East/North East preferred
• Dynamic, energetic & pleasant personality
