Accounts Executive
(Singapore)

Responsibilities:

• Management of the entire accounting function to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Setting up accounting policies and internal controls.
• Preparation of monthly management reports.
• Management of accounts payable and receivable, GST returns and tax issues, inventory, payroll, cheque issuance, telegraphic transfers etc.
• Handle general administrative and other ad-hoc duties, attend to telephone enquiries

Requirements:

• Diploma or Certificate in Accountancy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High level of computer literacy skills
• Singaporeans or PRs only

Working Environment:

• Woodlands area
  
• Monday to Friday
  
• Salary: $1500 - $2500 (depending on qualification and skill level)
