Finance Manager
(Singapore)

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of annual budget, forecasting and reporting
• Internal audit and financial policies and procedures
• Ensure good internal controls and risk management
• Responsible for all project billings and collections
• Project budgeting, forecasting and reporting
• Cash flow budgeting and planning
• Internal controls and compliance
• Submission of financials to SGX and other authorities
• Responsible for all accounting matters and in charge of the accounting staff
• Bank reconciliation and reporting
• Assist the Director - Finance in all financial, accounting and operational matters

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Accountancy/CPA/ACCA or equivalent professional qualification
• Minimum 6-8 years of related experience and preferably with at least 5 years in a managerial position
• Previous experience in a public listed firm preferred
• Meticulous, strong management, mathematical and analytical skill
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Resourceful, team player, possess initiative and excellent communication skills
• Singaporeans / PR holders
