Senior Tax Executive
(Singapore - Alexandra)
Responsibilities:
- Report to APac Tax Manager and APac Chief Financial Officer.
- Prepare schedules, consolidations and analyses to support all tax reporting and disclosures.
- Assist in all tax compliance and analysis as required.
- Attend to enquiries from tax authorities under the supervision of the APac Tax Manager.
- Provide support to the APac Tax Manager on all tax issues related to overseas assignments, bids and contracts.
- Assist the APac Tax Manager in tax planning for the region.
- Draft and maintain the Corporate Tax Procedures/Manuals including SOX compliance procedures.
- Liaise with external consultants where necessary and upon the approval of the APac Tax Manager and/or Vice President of Taxes in the US.
- Participate in any ad hoc project/activity to identify, research and analyse tax issues and planning opportunities as delegated.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Accountancy.
- Minimum 3 - 4 years regional experience.
- Applicants should be Singaporean citizens or hold relevant residence status.
