Housing & Development Board

You will be involved in either frontline or backend duties. For frontline duties, you will provide service to HDB customers on sale of flats, lease and tenancy, maintenance and credit assessment matters etc, both over the counter or telephone. Backend duties will include operation planning and monitoring, preparation of submissions, compilation and preparation of statistical reports, assets management, procurement and management of registry.

You should possess a polytechnic diploma in Business Studies, Accountancy, Banking & Financial Services, Marketing, Real Estate or equivalent, be numerate and proficient in software skills, be meticulous and independent, have effective communication skills, good interpersonal skills and passion for service delivery.
