You will provide clerical and administrative support to the unit and perform basic patient care services. You will help to prepare clerking notes for new admissions, trace and file related documents for patients, facilitate discharges and arrange appointments for discharged patients. You will also help to order supplies and liaise with other departments for support services required by the unit.
Requirements:
· GCE ‘O’/‘N’ level with 1-2 years of working experience. Candidates with an ITE Certificate in Health Care (Clinic Practice) will have an advantage
· Pleasant disposition with excellent communication skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Lotus Notes
