Advertising and Admin Executive

Job Scope:

• ·        Provide advertising and administrative support to the Directors
• ·        Able to do some accounting
• ·        Organize and maintain a good filing and retrieval system for documents
• ·        Preparation of presentation slides and proposals for submission to clients
• ·        Assist in general external & internal communication
• ·        Manage workflow and facilitate the timely completion of the projects undertaken

Job Requirements:

• ·        Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business Administration/ Arts & Social Sciences/ Sciences
• ·        Preferably with at least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
• ·        Fresh degree holders with a keen interest in advertising are welcome to apply
• ·        Possess good organisational, interpersonal and co-ordination skills
• ·        Good attitude, pleasant personality, good people skills and team player
• ·        Proficient in MS Office applications
