Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and cross sell assigned key accounts
  
• Develop and recommend specific marketing proposals and execute marketing and business initiatives in support of centres and laboratories
  
• Develop and strengthen client relationship
  
• Arrange and conduct clients' review meetings
  
• Attend to and handle clients' escalations, requests and queries
  
• Coordinate enquiries, quotations and test schedules with respective centres/laboratories
  
• Support ad-hoc corporate events
  

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing/Business or a related discipline with at least 2 years of marketing/account servicing or business development experience
  
• Excellent marketing and/or account management and networking skills
  
• Strong negotiaton and influencing skills
  
• Resourceful, dynamic individual with a good sense of business acumen
