Our client, a leading owner/manager of retail malls, is poised to develop retail property space to create living, vibrant and integrated communities for shoppers and tenants. Due to their expansion, they are recruiting a (Senior) Marketing Communications Executive.

(SENIOR) MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities:

• ·         To conceptualize, plan and implement overall advertising and promotional activities for a portfolio of F&B outlets and retail space
• ·         To handle requests and enquires on the usage of promotional and advertising panel space within the properties
• ·         To source for sponsorship for promotions and events
• ·         To plan and control marcom budget and ensure that expenses are kept within the approved budget
• ·         To maintain regular dialogue with the media, and to regularly identify opportunities for publicity for the properties
• ·         To build relations with the tenants and garner their participation in the properties’ activities
• ·         To evaluate results of marcom activities and prepare monthly reports for internal analysis

Requirements:

• ·         Degree in Marketing or Mass Communications
• ·         At least 5 years’ relevant experience in the retail industry
• ·         Creative, dynamic and resourceful with good media and relevant promotional partners’ contacts
• ·         Self-motivated and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines
• ·         Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• ·         Prepared to work long and irregular hours including weekends and holidays
