KEY RESPONSIBILITY:

• Produce sales and margins reports by product line, team and individual job
  
• Provide detailed job costing information
  
• Maintain job cost schedules
  
• Ensure completeness, accuracy and timeliness of job cost components and sales price vs. customer bid
  
• Maintain and report Work-In-Progress balances by job
  
• Reporting on shop floor & operations performance metrics, labor utilization and productivity.
  
• EDB and other statistical reporting.
  
• Assist in month-end process providing data analysis and information
  
• Act as back-up support for Accounts Receivables within Finance Department
  
• Accept ownership as part of project teams to resolve business issues, developing and implementing improved business processes
  
• Ad-hoc projects and tasks as required supporting business requirements.
  

• Diploma in Accountancy or Part of ACCA/CIMA Level II
  
• Minimum three (3) relevant experience within the aviation/manufacturing industry
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  
• Familiar with SAP System
  
• Possess initiative and good communication skills
