Customer Care Personnel (2 years renewable contract)

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering professional and reliable customer service to customers over the Service Counters
• Attending to walk-ins and handling of customers' enquiries

Requirements:

• A good Diploma with 1-2 years relevant experience in frontline customer service support
• Customer service oriented
• Strong communication skills
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is required
• Knowledge of MS Office
