Supply Chain Executive
Job Function:
- Assist the Distribution Manager on the logistics & operation function of Distribution Centre in Singapore
- Sales Order Management – Liaise and support customer (Airlines) based on their request
- Issuing sales order and ensure orders are being ship out of the warehouse in a timely manner
- Inventory Management – Responsible for receiving function and working closing with logistics provider personnel and facility in USA on inventory discrepancies
- Tracking and Reporting of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) relating to turn around time. Liaising with warehouse administrator for monthly data to develop the KPI’s. Recommend and implement process change improvement.
Requirement:
- At least 2 – 3 years experience in Aerospace industry preferably in the customer services, logistics or supply chain function
- Hands on experience in customer services, order fulfillment and supply chain management
- Diploma in a relevant field
- Proficient in MS office and SAP
- Good communication and inter-personal skills
- Proficiency to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin
