Due to rapid business growth, we have position available for the following role to join our Singapore office.
Customer Service Professional
Synopsis of Role
You will work in a dynamic and fast paced contact centre environment, representing an airline company to handle phone reservation calls and phone enquiries with regards to flight information.
Essential Requirements
-Experience in travel/airline operations, contact centre or customer service
-Enjoy dealing with people
-Able to work in a highly dynamic environment
-Outgoing personality
Language Requirement
- Bilingual and Fluent in both English and Mandarin/Malay (to support the mandarin/malay speaking travellers)
Working Location
-Tampines Central (5-10 mins from Tampines MRT)
Full Time Working Hours
-Rotating shift between 9am to 9pm (up to 44 hours per week)
-Able to work on weekends and Public Holidays
