Architects

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

To develop conceptual and schematic design solutions to address design problems and parameters as agreed with the client

To assist Project Director/Project Leader in management of conceptual and schematic design process

To assist Project Director/Project Leader in presentation of design solution to the client

To assist Project Director/Project Leader in formulation of the client brief in conjunction with the client

In producing the conceptual design solution, to maintain awareness of and respond to the strategic, financial and schedule for the project

Maybe require to travel overseas as and when required for handling of projects


REQUIREMENTS:

A recognised degree in Architecture by Singapore Board of Architectts with good design ability

Good communication skill

Able to work independentlybut a good team player as well

Experience must be at least 6 years for Senior position.

Experienced in local projects running of residential, commercial, retail, schools and industrial buildings

Must be experiences with Singapore local building requirements and regulations

Able to produce architectural details and resolve complex inter-discipline coordination problems
