Sports & Recreation MANAGER
(Near Town, 6 Days Week)

THE JOB

• ·       Reporting to the General Manager
• ·       Responsible for the management of the Club’s Sports and Recreation Department
• ·       Planning and coordinating Events and Activities associated with the Department
• ·       Responsible for the staff employed in the Sports and Recreation Department.
• ·       Responsible for the Facilities include Gymnasium, Studios, Bowling, Children Facilities, Swimming Pools, Tennis, and Squash.
• ·       Manages the Sports and Recreation events calendar includes activities offered in the Club facilities as well as off site.
• ·       Works with and develops all Sports and Recreation instructors and coaches, both internal as well as external.

THE REQUIREMENTS

• ·       Diploma/Degree in Sports Management or related fields with a passion for sports and enjoys Teamwork.
• ·       Min. 5 years working experience in Sports & Recreation for Hotels, Schools, Fitness Industry or Clubs.
• ·       Strong leadership and communication skills
• ·       Able to work independently, multi-task and inspire people at all levels towards a common goal
• ·       Bilingual in English and Mandarin
• ·       Singaporean or PR
