Customer Service Advisor
Main Responsibilities:
- Attend to inquiries and matters pertaining to servicing and repairs, at the same time ensuring high level of customers' satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Equivalent.
- At least 3 years' of front-line experience as a Customer/Technical personnel in automotive industry. Experience in handling accident and insurance claims will be advantageous.
- Good Communication skills and must be Bilingual.
- Possesses a valid class 3 driving licence.
