5 Months Contract Bank Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Provide overall administrative support to the Division which consists of 4 teams
- To process invoices, monitoring and posting of funds
- To update insurance, suspense account, advisory fees on a monthly basis
- To answer phone calls, filing and circulation of documents
Requirements:
- Min A level holders with a few years of relevant administrative experience with basic accounting knowledge
- Meticulous, efficient
- Team player
