(1) Private Banking Relationship Manager (Indian Team)       $Neg

  • ·         Degree holder
  • ·         Min 3 years experience as Relationship Manager in Privilege/ Private Banking environment, must be able to converse in Hindi
  • ·         Sales and relationship building with clients

(2) Insurance Specialist           $Neg

  • ·         Degree holder and MAS certifications necessary for Insurance advisory [M1, 5, 8, 9, H1]
  • ·         Min 2-3 years experience in Insurance/ Wealth Management/ advisory business in Singapore/ SEA
  • ·         Responsible for achieving the allocated Revenue and Premium targets
  • ·         Ensure adequate and appropriate client advisory on insurance products
  • ·         Formulate strategies for insurance recommendation
  • ·         Ensure full adherence to regulatory and risk compliance guidelines
  • ·         Ensure documentation completion
  • ·         Proactively advise clients on market trends and portfolio status
  • ·         Works closely with the service & marketing to deliver superior client engagement and building long-term relationships
  • ·         Continuously benchmarking services & products against  competition  
  • ·         Ensures effective client retention by utilising all available support services

(3) Customer Support Officer               $2,500

  • ·         Diploma / Degree holder
  • ·         Min 2 years customer services support experience, handling account opening and static data maintenance
  • ·         Static data maintenance of BankTrade system & any other new systems
  • ·         Counterparty, Dept & Trader static setup for Summit and Bloomberg for onshore regional branches
  • ·         Coordinate documentations checking for Branches Account Opening
  • ·         Maintain reports, statistical data updates and filing
  • ·         Assist in data-cleansing for Ops Centralization as well as for GBS migration

(4) Trade Services Processor/ Officer               $1,800 - $3,500

  • ·         Min GCE ‘O’ Level
  • ·         2-5 years experience in processing and/or checking of Import & Export documents
  • ·         Knowledge in handling UCP 600 preferred
  • ·         Handle acceptance/ settlement of bills
  • ·         Resolve trade discrepancies

(5) Head of Credit                                 $Neg

  • Degree holder
  • Lead/Manage the Credit Department to ensure departmental objectives are met as well as the effectiveness and efficiency of the department which has credit management, credit operations and documentation responsibilities
  • Performs credit analysis for new and outstanding credits with necessary suggestions to mitigate identified risks
  • Ensures that relevant HO directives and local laws and regulations are complied with
  • Proactively manage and monitor/review the existing credit portfolio quality, provide alerts if there are any signs of deterioration and recommendations for remedial actions
  • Manage and monitor the NPL portfolio, propose strategies to protect bank’s legal position and maximize recovery rate
  • Participates in portfolio stress testing, loan provisioning and loan grading exercises
  • Undertakes projects and assignments as delegated by Management from time to time

 (6) Loans Operations Senior Officer                $3,500 - $4,500

  • Min GCE ‘O’ Level
  • Processing of bilateral and syndicated loans drawdown, rollover and repayment
  • Check data and accounting entries of the above transactions using the Bank's system
  • Check payment orders for loan disbursements
  • Vet loan agreements and credit applications
  • Prepare reports to local authorities and head office

(7) Loans Admin Junior Processor                   $2,500

  • Diploma holder with processing background in the bank
  • Day-to-day processing and authorization of transactions promptly into the relevant operating systems according to Front Office customer instruction
  • Liaising with front office, agent / counter party to ensure the smooth processing of transactions
  • Handle day-day-to-day queries from both internal and external customers and provide operational support
  • Review all documents or instructions received from customers or Front Office and highlight any discrepancies or inconsistency
  • Daily reconciliation between systems and check & confirm of reports
  • Preparation of reports and statistical data for internal use in the aspects of volume count, control and management purposes
  • Assist with month end balancing
  • Ensure that the Bank’s and relevant regulatory procedures and controls are adhered to

(8) Contract Regulatory Reporting Analyst (6 Months)  $Neg

  • Degree holder
  • 2 years compliance related experience in reporting function
  • Develop a reporting template
  • Manage data collection and integrate to the reporting format
  • Build data extraction process
  • Liaise with Local Management / Support contacts
  • Validate the output with the stakeholders (Process owners) 
  • Manage the agenda, minutes, and action item follow up for all monthly Singapore Outsourcing Committee meetings
  • Proactive follow up with all businesses for non-compliant outsourcings, based on centrally provided reporting which identifies projects and businesses which are non-compliant

(9) Contract Project Junior Officer (9 Months)              $Neg

  • Diploma / Degree holder
  • 2-3 years of Project administration experience in bank/ financial institution
  • Support to Office Manager
