Our client is one of Singapore's major home-grown building construction groups with
integrated civil engineering, engineering and construction support
service capabilities,  principally involved in the
construction of residential, industrial and commercial projects and
civil engineering projects as a main contractor.

They are
looking for an experienced Project Manager to work on a few multi-million projects .
This is a permanent position with a succession plan in place.

Reporting
to the Senior Construction Manager, you would be responsible for the
co-ordination, implementation and the development of the project plan.
Your key responsibilities would include but are not limited to:

A. Overall responsibility and in charge of the Project.
B. To lead the construction team in ensuring smooth and safe execution of work
C. Responsible for the execution of work at site,according to schedule
D. To supervise and guide subordinates on checking of work to meet the material and workmanship requirements
E.To plan ahead of schedule so that site problems can be resolved before they have impact on cost, overall schedule and quality.
F. To carry out assignments that may be given from time to time by Management

Ideally,
you would have a degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
qualification with 8 years experience in Project Management
Implementation, Contracts Management, Safety Management and Quality
Assurance.

Our client is only interested in suitably qualified
candidates who are Singaporeans or have Permanent Residence status in
Singapore. Non-Singaporeans or non PR residents need not apply.
