We need Singaporean or Singapore PRs who have the right attitude and experiences to apply for the following challenging position:

CONTRACT MANAGER
(Singapore)

Responsibilities:

As part of the Project Management team, your duties will include vetting and advising on tenders and contract documents. You will safeguard the interest of the Company on the terms and conditions of the contract and to ensure our vendors/suppliers/clients adhere to the specification/terms of the contract. Other duties include preparing cost estimates, monitoring of project budgets, drafting and evaluation of tenders, contract administration and finalizing of accounts. You will manage, coach and supervise a team of quantity surveyors. You will establish and maintain long-term working relationship or partnerships between the company and selected suppliers/vendors.

Requirements:

• Degree in Building, Constructions or Engineering with at least 5 years of relevant experience involving large scale development projects
  
• Strong people management skills, hands-on, and able to communicate with all levels of management and staff.
  
• Analytical with strong writing abilities
  
• Candidate who has completed the Contract Administration Course would be advantageous.
  
• Applicants must be Singaporean or Singapore PR
  
• Must possess Singapore Class 3 driving licence
