We invite suitable and motivated candidates to join us as:
Assistant Manager, Project Customer Service (1-Year Contract)
(Singapore)
Responsibilities:
- Oversee running of Customer Service Site Office
- Attend defects joint inspection with project contractors
- Liaise and communicate with owners/tenants on apartment defects complaints and rectifications
- Manage and coordinate with contractors on rectification works
- Maintain proper records and documentations
- Set up and maintain efficient defects monitoring and feedback system
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Building Management / related discipline
- At least 5 years of working experience in customer care in related industry
- Customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Prepare to work at site office
- Able to work well under pressure
- Mature personality
- Applicants should be Singaporean citizens or hold relevant residence status
Other Information:
- Will be entitled to staff benefits and bonus
- Working location: Kim Seng Road
- Working hours: 5-day work week, 8.30am to 5.30pm
