Estimating Engineer
(Singapore)

Responsibilities:

Purpose

• Responsible to establish the best tender price to our clients in the region.

Reporting Relationships

• Under the responsibility of the Regional Manager and Senior Estimating Engineer.

• Responsible to review the request for quotation from our clients
  
• Review project welding specification in order to fully comply with the tender’s requirements
  
• Understand the technical scope of work to ensure complete costs are taken into consideration (equipment / spare parts / welding procedures…)
  
• Set up the quotations and bid documents
  
• Estimate the project turnover for client perusal
  
• Present to the Regional Manager for approval
  
• Ensure all the commercial tenders and correspondences are filed securely in the Head Office

Requirements:

• Candidate should posses at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Welding or Mechanical Engineering or Business School Graduate
  
• Conversant in English (both written and spoken)
  
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Software
  
• Ability to write and deliver technical reports
  
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
