Manager/Asst Manager Internation Relations

You will identify and evaluate key issues that are discussed at the International Civil Aviation Organisation (ICAO) in various specialised areas such as safety, security, air transport, economics, facilitation, finance, legal and/or environment protection. Besides monitoring, researching and assessing the positions of ICAO and the different countries on those key issues, you will also be analysing the impact to Singapore and developing our positions for each issue, liaising closely with the relevant expertise in CAAS. You will identify actions to be taken to demonstrate Singapore's active participation in ICAO meetings and conferences, including presenting papers where necessary. The successful applicant should have strong analytical, research and organisational skills. 

• Good degree in any discipline
• Self-motivated, independent with strong ability to multi-task
• Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills
• Prior relevant work and/or aviation-related experience will be advantageous
