Management Trainee ( Fresh Degree holders)

Job Requirements:

• Constantly getting in liase with client to be constantly updated on the manpower needs of their organization.
• Conducting regular business visits to clients to maintain a harmonious relationship with them.
• Conducting of job interviews for job applicants and helping them match the most suitable job.
• To help clients to source for the most eligible and suitable job candidates at the most efficient pace.
• Following up with clients on the job application outcome of job applicants
• Making business sourcing calls to source for potential clients
• Monthly billing of clients for placement fees.

Requirements

• Possess minimumly a degree in any discipline.
• You should have 0-2 years of working experience.
• Fresh graduate or upcoming fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
• Job applicants must be aware that there's a monthly placement target to hit.
• Candidates should be confident of oneself.
