Business Planning Manager Singapore - High End Fas
Our client is one of the most prestigious Fashion Brand in the world. Due to their expansion, they are currently looking for a Business Planning Manager to play an essential role in managing financial and management reporting functions, budgeting, investment analysis and strategic planning of the brand¡¦s business in South-East Asia. He/ she will be responsible for financial controls, operating procedures and ad-hoc projects.
Business results review/analysis and planning (50%)
Systems & Process monitoring and improvement (20%)
Reporting, financial and business analysis and ac-hoc projects (30%)
Responsibilities:
- Monthly financial review, management reporting - P&L, Balance sheet, Cash flow
- Budgeting, forecasting and 5 year plan
- Create and maintain reports & analysis to support business objectives
- Monitor, analyze, and communicate on sales and sales margin, and provide suggestion to local operations head and regional office for decision making
- Operations and financial control - implementation and monitoring of financial and operations control for South East Asia
- Investment analysis and post implementation review
- Sales forecast for all South East Asia markets
- Review monthly cash flow & treasury reports, liaise with internal or external parties for financing requirements
- Liaise with internal and external auditors, legal department, MIS, store projects, landlords
- Monitor supply chain management which includes inventory control, logistics operating, and system applications
- Establish SOP for daily operations
- Ad-hoc business analysis
Requirements:
- University graduates in Finance or Accounting with accredited accounting qualification
- Minimum 8 years of accounting and finance experience
- Demonstrate good accounting background and a strong business analysis and management reporting experience
- Team player, flexible and adaptable to changing environment, motivated and proactive.
- Strong commercial acumen
- Very strong analytical skills
- Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
