Customer Service Executive- Call Centre (5 days work, Non-Shift, Bukit Merah, Normal office hours)
Key Responsibilities
- Providing frontline customer service at the reception and in the call centre
- Attend to visitors' enquiries, handle telephone calls and email correspondence on any queries
- Providing administrative support to the department operations.
Requirements
- Local Diploma in any field
- 2 years relevant experience in the Call centre industry.
- Friendly and helpful personality and possess good communication and computer skills.
- Fresh DIPLOMA Holder with call centre experience
Others
- 5days, Monday to Friday
- Normal office working hours
- Non-shift
- Call Centre Environment
- 18 days annual leave
- 14 days medical leave
- 1 month AWS confirmed
