Business Development Manager

Our client, a leading IT company, is seeking suitable candidates to join their expanding team as

Business Development Manager

Main tasks include:

·         Responsible for driving industry’s leading Infrastructure Software portfolio with channel partners

·         Define clear Go-To-Market metrics to drive adoption of the solutions and track/progress against them

·         Develop the ecosystem and drive enablement for Sales teams, Pre-sales teams & channel partners

·         Work with cross-functional, organizational teams in the development, execution & tracking of GTM plans

·         Work with Marketing teams to develop and execute demand generations campaigns

·         Work with country teams to develop, execute and track in-country GTM plans

·         Drive & track key customer engagements for POCs & adoption of the combined portfolio working with Pre-Sales, Services & Sales teams

Qualifications:

·         Bachelor’s degree with Business development experience with successful track record

·         Min  7-10 years Server and Software Marketing/ Technical experience in technology or similar industry

·         Experience in Product Management or similar profile would be an advantage

·         Good technical understanding of IT, familiar with product solutions

·         Strong technical and sales understanding of customer needs

·         Experience in working with customers, senior management and cross-functional teams in driving demonstrable projects

·         Experience with Virtualisation technology & Microsoft technologies would be useful
