Our client is a reputable Call Centre in the service industry.

Job Description:

• Proactively promote products and services whenever possible
• Remain up-to-date with the latest information that impacts the delivery of service to the customers
• Demonstrate effective verbal communication skills when interacting at all levels
• Demonstrate superior telephone techniques that meet the Quality Assurance standards
• Listen, probe and question in order to clarify and understand customer needs
• Follow-up on complex cases to ensure customer satisfaction
• Mail user guides, brochures to customers upon request
• Work effectively with a variety of situations, individuals and groups

Job requirements:

• Diploma and above
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Customer-service oriented personality
• Able to commence work asap
• Salary ranges from S$1,400 to S$1,800 per month
