IT Customer Care Officer
Our Client, a MNC located in the East, is seeking for an independent & responsible IT Customer Care Officer to join their established organization.
The Role:
- Perform general administration duties
- Guide internal and external customers on products licensing requests
- Handle customers email
- Educate and assist customers on product licensing issues
The Pre-Requisites:
- Minimum Diploma / Degree
- Proficiency in Mandarin
- Minimum 2-3 years of call centre / customer service experience preferred
- Good written and communication skills
- Able to work under time constraints
