TALENT ANALYST (Japanese-Speaking)
Reports To : Global Talent Acquisition Manager
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Talent Analyst conducts and analyzes interviews for candidates and existing staff in Management and non-Management roles. Interviewing across a wide range of roles around the globe, the Talent Analyst provides a complete and objective view of the employee or candidate’s talent profile for the local Talent Management teams.
The purpose is to ensure that only candidates who meet our talent profiling standards and are the best potential ‘fit’ for DFS, are recommended for further consideration, and benchmarks of existing talent can be gathered or updated as/when necessary. All interview outcomes and recommendations are to be made in line with DFS Talent Acquisition and business goals and handled with appropriate confidentiality and sensitivity.
The Analyst completes the administrative requirements in relation to scheduling, conducting and analyzing the profiling, and supports recruitment related activities.
1. Interviewing and Analysis
- Provide a prompt and effective interview service for our Division Talent Management Teams.
- Maintain an effective interview schedule to respond to the Division needs, communicating interview feedback within agreed timeframes and responsible for overall turnaround time.
- Conducting interviews for specified Sales and Leaders roles with all new applicants and/or existing candidates, in line with certified standards, and irrespective of race, age, sex, religion or national origin.
- Complete the interview in line with required delivery methods to ensure accuracy and consistency in the intensity scoring.
- Analyze the interview and DFS benchmark to present findings in agreed reporting format, and in line with best practice. To make recommendations to lines Managers on profile of candidate whenever applicable.
- Provide accurate company and position-related information to DFS job applicants as/when required.
- Strictly adhere to DFS and Talent Management Confidentiality requirements, and in accordance with its Privacy and Employment laws stated.
2. Administrative Support
- Coordinate with Talent Management teams across the Divisions to schedule required profiling interviews.
- Maintain accurate candidate interview outcomes and data in agreed formats
- Maintaining office systems to deal efficiently with paper flow, organisation and storage of paperwork, documents and any type of interview tracking or database.
- Any other ad hoc tasks/projects as assigned by Manager, Global Talent Acquisition.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS & COMPETENCIES:
- Excellent communication skills in English and Japanese language.
- Clear pronunciation, good listening and written skills a must.
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
- Outstanding organizational skills and meticulous to details.
- React positively to people oriented situations and with patience.
- Must be able to work well with other personnel at various levels and be team-oriented.
- Have working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and applications/programs.
- Flexible in hours of work, with potential to work on other shifts between 8am to 6pm when required.
- Previous different international exposure and fluency in other language skills will be preferred.

- Shift : 8:00am - 12:00pm
