Insurance Consultant (Indoors)
Responsibilities:
- To manage the counter and advise “Walk-in” customers on their insurance needs
- Assist in preparing the necessary documentation
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ level
- Those who have CMFAS Module 5, Module 9, HI and CGI would be highly preferred
- Must be customer service-oriented
- Self-motivated
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic salary of up to $2,200 with attractive incentives
Customer Service Executives (Call Center)
Responsibilities:
- Handle all types of incoming enquiries in multi-channels delivery
- Ensure all calls are answered promptly and professionally
- Update all types of enquiries and communication in the system
- Escalate 2nd level enquiries to Team Leader (no more than 5% of total calls handled)
- Perform any work assignment by section
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE 'O' Levels
- Must be customer -oriented
- Must be fluent in English
