SH-Insurance Consultants / Customer Service Executives

Insurance Consultant (Indoors)

Responsibilities:

• To manage the counter and advise “Walk-in” customers on their insurance needs
• Assist in preparing the necessary documentation

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ level
• Those who have CMFAS Module 5, Module 9, HI and CGI would be highly preferred
• Must be customer service-oriented
• Self-motivated
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic salary of up to $2,200 with attractive incentives

Customer Service Executives (Call Center)

Responsibilities:

• Handle all types of incoming enquiries in multi-channels delivery
• Ensure all calls are answered promptly and professionally
• Update all types of enquiries and communication in the system
• Escalate 2nd level enquiries to Team Leader (no more than 5% of total calls handled)
• Perform any work assignment by section

 Requirements:

• Minimum GCE 'O' Levels
• Must be customer -oriented
• Must be fluent in English
