- Respond to customer enquiries by understanding their needs
- Responding to emails and enquiries
- Provide a polite, professional and accurate response
- Any other administrative ad hoc duties
Requirements
- Min O levels and above
- Some relevant experience preferred
- Enjoy interaction with all levels of people
- Possess good communication skills
- Open to do Shift hours
- Strong English writing skills and proficient in MS excel
- Only Singaporeans or Singapore PRs need apply
